Part of our academy is fitness training – our team of professionals knows the needs of young golfers.
Age-Based Categories:
- Active start – games, basic motor skills development
- 7-9 years (Fundamentals) – games, motor skills development, balance, coordination, speed
- 10-12 years (Learn to train) advanced Fundamentals and weight-based training.
- 12+ years (Train to train) weight-based and speed-training.
